Understand your nervous system

Cultivating resilience, creativity and care in complex times

Feeling overstretched or emotionally reactive? You’re not alone. Many of us are living with heightened stress and uncertainty, which can make it harder to stay grounded, connect with others, and lead with clarity.

This practical, 90-minute online workshop introduces you to the basics of nervous system literacy, including an overview of Polyvagal Theory, and why it matters for your wellbeing and relationships. You’ll explore how your nervous system responds to stress and safety—and learn simple tools to support more regulated, responsive ways of working and living.

You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of your own patterns, plus tangible practices to help you return to calm when life gets activating.

This session is ideal for:

  • Leaders, creatives, facilitators, and practitioners navigating complexity

  • People experiencing stress, burnout, or emotional fatigue

  • Anyone seeking more presence, balance, and intentionality in daily life

✅ Nervous system basics
Understand your body’s stress responses (fight, flight, freeze) and how to shift towards states of connection and calm.
